Delivery Time

At our webshop, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you order the product(s) on weekdays before 12:00 PM and they are in stock, your order will be processed the same day. This way, you can expect to receive your order the next day!

*Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on any additional busyness at the carrier. While we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur in some cases.

Note: During holidays, delivery times may also be affected. Orders placed on holidays may be delivered a few days later.

For orders placed just before or during the Christmas period (from Friday, December 22, 2023, at 5:00 PM), these will be shipped on Wednesday, December 27. Orders placed from December 29, 2023, at 5:00 PM due to the New Year will be shipped on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

We strive to keep you informed about the status of your order as best as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your package during the shipping process.


Product Information and Stock Status

In our webshop, we strive to display the delivery time of our products as accurately as possible. We do our best to keep our website up-to-date regarding stock status. However, in some cases, a product may have a longer delivery time than initially stated on our website, or the delivery time may (temporarily) be unknown. Want to make sure a product is in stock? Feel free to contact us!

It is possible that certain products are not in stock in our own warehouse but are maintained by our manufacturer. As a result, the delivery date can be 4 to 15 working days longer than indicated on the respective product page. We will ship your order as soon as all products are available to us. However, if you would like to receive a product earlier, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you!

Unfortunately, some products may temporarily be unavailable at the manufacturer. When we are aware of an availability date, we will mention this on our website. The product will then be available from that date. If you choose to order this product, we will keep it on backorder for you and ship it as soon as it becomes available again.

Prices

In our webshop, you will find prices that include VAT but exclude shipping costs. We aim to maintain clear and honest pricing for all our products.

We would like to point out that obvious mistakes or errors in our price offerings do not bind us as a business. An obvious mistake occurs when it should have been clear to a consumer that the price is (significantly) too low for the product in question. It must have been evident to the average consumer that it was a mistake. Even if this was not immediately clear, the significant price difference should at least raise doubts.
